Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of $200 is required at lease signing. It is fully returned within 21 days of checkout, minus any damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Minimum Stay Requirements

Short-term: 2-night minimum, just like Airbnb. Billed at $90/night + a $70 one-time cleaning fee per stay.

Long-term: 30-day minimum. Most guests stay 30–90 days and renew month to month. Extensions are easy — just let us know before your current term ends.
